4. Applications
Applications published by Kahcozi LLC are distributed through the Apple App Store and are licensed, not sold. Unless an application states that it is covered by its own end‑user licence agreement, it is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple's terms govern its purchase and download. Each application's privacy practices are described in this site's Privacy Policy and on the application's App Store listing.
5. No warranty
This site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, or technical advice for your situation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kahcozi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
