How Kahcozi LLC handles personal information on this website and in the applications it publishes.
1. Summary
We collect as little personal information as we can. This website sets no cookies, runs no third‑party analytics, and has no advertising or tracking software on it. Our applications are built to keep data on your device wherever that is technically possible. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising.
Your iPhone or iPad
Everything you create in a Kahcozi app lives here by default.
We don't operate any. There is no account to create, and nowhere for your content to be uploaded to.
No advertising SDKs are compiled into our apps, so there is nothing inside them that could report back to one.
No third-party analytics. We don't use the App Tracking Transparency permission to follow you across other companies' apps or websites.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising.
Processes App Store purchases and subscriptions — we never see your card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Crash reports reach us only through Apple, only if you have turned on sharing with developers, and only in aggregate.
Only if you switch sync on. It is stored in your iCloud account rather than ours, and we cannot read it.
2. Who we are
Kahcozi LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of California, United States, and is the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything on this page.
3. Information collected through this website
kahcozi.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no comment system, and no cookies or similar tracking technologies. We do not run analytics on it.
Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse — typically the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser's user‑agent string. This is standard web server logging, is retained by the provider for a limited period under its own policies, and is not used by us to identify or profile individuals.
If you email an address published on this site, we receive the contents of your message and your email address, and we use them solely to reply to and resolve your enquiry.

We don't run any, first‑party or third‑party.
Standard web server logging — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user‑agent — kept briefly to serve the site and block abuse. Not used by us to identify or profile anyone.
4. Information collected in our applications
Data practices differ from app to app. Each application's App Store listing carries a privacy label describing exactly what that app collects, and where an app's practices go beyond the defaults below, they are disclosed in the app itself and on its listing. Our baseline for every Kahcozi app is:
- No account required unless a feature genuinely cannot work without one.
- Content you create stays on your device or, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud storage, which we cannot read.
- No third‑party advertising or analytics SDKs and no behavioural tracking. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency permission to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Diagnostics are opt‑in. Crash and performance reports reach us only through Apple's own reporting, and only if you have chosen to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings. Those reports are aggregated by Apple and do not identify you.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials.
5. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to: operate and secure the website; respond to your support, business, or legal enquiries; diagnose and fix defects; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision‑making, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising. We disclose information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who operate infrastructure on our behalf — principally our website host and our email provider — and who may process information only to provide those services to us.
- Apple, in its role operating the App Store, processing purchases, and providing developer analytics, under Apple's own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by valid legal process or is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- A business transfer, if the company or its assets are acquired, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are given notice of any change.
7. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and to keep a record of the exchange, and is deleted when it no longer serves either purpose. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period under its own retention schedule. Data held on your device is under your control and is removed when you delete the app.
8. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to our email and developer accounts is protected by two‑factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting very little in the first place remains the most effective protection we can offer.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents these rights in respect of the categories of personal information described above. In the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross‑context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly collect the sensitive personal information categories the statute defines.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data request”. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to ask for information to verify your identity before we act, and we will use anything you provide for verification only.
10. Children
Our website and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where an app is intended for a younger audience it is submitted through the App Store's Kids category and is subject to the additional restrictions that category requires. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
Kahcozi LLC operates from the United States, and information we process is handled there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be signalled more prominently — in the affected app or by email where we have an address for you.
